Temperature : 11.1c

Wind : 8mph SSW

Rain since 00:01 hours : 1.4mm

Rain this month : 24.6mm

Forecast : Today will be pleasantly warm with temperatures reaching around 12c.  This is high for this time of year when the average is around 5c.  The highest ever temperature recorded  for January in our area was 13c so we are very close to that record.

The wind will remain from SSW or SW direction and will maintain a steady breeze of around 8-10mph.

Cloud cover will be fairly constant and so we should not expect to see too much sun – with temperatures like we are having we can’t be too picky.

The majority of the rain has now cleared although we may have the odd spot up to 08:00hours.

In summary.  Cloudy but warm.
