Forecast for today

The day will start off a little misty and some local patches may be little more dense than others.  The dense  low cloud will remain for the majority of the day and this will leave us with a dark and, at times, drizzly day.  The high relative humidity reading of 92% indicates a high moisture content in the atmosphere already.

The low cloud will also prevent us enjoying any winter sunshine and when we couple this with the steady ENE wind it will feel a little cool today.  In fact temperatures are unlikely to get above 5c during the day and they will fall to around 2c overnight.

Not a good day for those that enjoy flying, as the clouds are too low, or sailing as the wind is light.

Summary.

Dark cloudy day with occasional rain or drizzle.
