Air pressure : 1015.6mb

Temperature : 5.1c

Wind : 2mph NE

Relative humidity : 91%

Rain since 00:01 hours : 0mm

Rain this month : 6.4mm

Forecast for today.

As we look out of the window this morning we will be greeted with a blanket of grey mist.  This mist could be a little thicker in places and may even be thick enough to be designated fog (less than 200m visibility).

The mist will linger around for most of the morning but will eventually lift only to reveal a fairly complete cloud cover.  There is the chance of the odd glimpse of some sunshine but I think it will only be brief.   I do not expect any rain, however, with this amount of cloud we could have some isolated patches of very light drizzle in our area.  This, however, for the majority of the area is not likely.

Temperatures will remain high with our cloud cover at around 10c and the temperature will not fall by more than a few degrees overnight.

The wind will remain light and will be from a NE to ENE direction.

Summary.

Misty start, mostly dry but cloudy.
