Observations made 06:35 hours Hammerwich, Staffordshire.

Air pressure : 1036.9mb (rising)

Temperature : 6.6c

Wind : calm

Relative humidity : 82%

Rain since 00:01 hours : 0mm

Forecast for today.

Early light cloud and hazy sunshine will soon make way for a near clear sky and full sunlight.  It will be a most pleasant day!

By mid morning we can expect the last wisps of cloud to move away and this will allow temperatures to rise to around 14-15c.  The clear sky will remain with us for the rest of the day and this will mean that temperatures will fall to around 3-4c overnight.

Any wind will feel a little cooler than of late as it is coming from a NNW direction, however, the large ridge of high pressure would suggest that we are in for a very calm day.

Summary

A bright and mostly sunny day – enjoy!
