Temperature : 5.7c

Relative humidity : 77%

Rain last 24 hours : 0.2mm

Rain this month 3.4mm

Forecast for today.

Today will be a dull and cloudy day in the main with few opportunities for the sun to shine through.

Radar images show a rain carrying cloud belt moving across our area from around 07:40 hours.  This may pass by without any rainfall, however, I think it would be wise to take your hat or brolly with you just in case.  If this set of rain clouds doesn’t deposit some rain then one of the subsequent sets later in the day is likely to.

That will be the pattern for the day really.  Heavy cloud cover, darkening when the density increasing and occasionally depositing light rain.

With all of the cloud cover the top temperature will not get to double figures today and the maximum we can expect will be around 8c.  The good thing is that the cloud will also provide our overnight blanket and will keep the minimum up to around 5-6c.

Summary.

Mostly grey and cloudy chance of light April showers.
