Forecast for today.

We will start off cloudy (once again) but the cloud will fragment at times during the day to allow some periods of sunshine.  Our top temperature today will be around 15c.  Compared to last year these are almost arctic conditions as 12 months ago we were heading into a warm period with temperatures in the mid 20s.  On the 20th last year the temperature at 06:25 hours was nearly as warm as our top will be today!

Getting back to today. As the afternoon passes so does the chance of a rain shower increase.  The UK will be covered by small clusters of rain during the afternoon and looking at the images it appears that a few of these clusters are in our area.  Some of the clusters currently look dense and so, if we do have a shower of rain, it could be moderate to heavy.  Overnight our low temperature will be 6c.

Cloudy with some sun.  Increasing chance of rain later.
