Observations made 06:27 hours Hammerwich, Staffordshire.

Relative humidity : 81%

Forecast for today.

Firstly a quick not about yesterday.  Our recorded high was 28c and our overnight low 14c.

Today will start off in a similar manner and in the morning we will see plenty of blue sky and high temperatures and by just after lunch we should reach around 27c.

The clouds will, however, begin the thicken and temperature will drop during the afternoon to around 23-24c.  With the clouds comes the risk of rain.  Currently the radar images forecast a bank of clouds in our area during the afternoon / early evening and this could bring some rain (maybe even some heavy showers).

The wind is coming from a SE direction today and will be light this morning but will pick up a little speed this afternoon; particularly around the times that rain is likely.

Summary.

Sunshine with showers later.
