Forecast for today.

We will all wake up this morning to a blue sky and sunshine and, for large parts of the day, this is how the day will continue.

From time to time the cloud will thicken a little but it will still be a bright and warm day.  Our top temperature will be around 22c and the overnight low will be around 11c.

The wind will eventually be from a NW direction (currently W) and will be generally light with speeds around 7mph.

The jet stream is now beginning to move position and over the next 48-72 hours we will begin to see some change in our weather pattern.  The jet stream will eventually settle across the UK and this means that we will be heading into a period on inclement weather.

So, enjoy the good weather today and tomorrow because the weekend might be a little wetter.

Summary.

Generally bright and dry.
