Observations made 06:36 hours Hammerwich, Staffordshire.

Air pressure : 1014mb

Temperature : 11.6c

Relative humidity : 90%

Forecast for today.

A predominantly cloudy and cooler day greets us today and for a lot of the day this is how the weather pattern will be.

From time to time we will see the clouds thin and this will allow some brighter spells but, on the whole, the sky will be more laden with cloud than of late.

Cloud cover inevitably increases the risk of rain and we should see some precipitation within the next 6-8 hours.  This rain will light to moderate nature and will clear by the afternoon.  As always mid afternoon is always the point of highest risk.   Rain will then return again sometime overnight.

Winds will be generally light and will eventually move from the ENE to the SE.

Our top temperature today will be  around 14c and our overnight low will fall to around 11c.

Summary.

Mostly cloudy with some rain later.
