Forecast for today.

A real mixed bag of weather to deal with today. Firstly, we will see plenty of cloud around and this will only occasionally break up enough to let the sun through.  With the high relative humidity we may also see some mist lingering around the fields this morning but with the breeze this will soon blow away.

Our top temperature will be around 12-13c and overnight the low will fall to around 6c.

The radar images show a large band of rain moving down the country as the day passes.  We are likely to see a few spots around lunchtime and again in the later part of the  evening.

The pressure charts show closely banded isobars and this indicates that we will be feeling a constant breeze with occasional strong gusts.  The average speed will be around 10-12mph with gusts around 25-28mph.  The wind will be generally from the SW.

Summary.

Cloudy day, some brightness but risk of rain too.  Gusty breeze all day.
