Air pressure : 1015mb

Temperature : 9.5c

Wind : calm

Relative humidity : 95%

Rain last 24 hours : 0.6mm

Forecast for today.

The day will start off damp, misty and cloudy.  The cloud, during the early morning, will also carry a threat of rain and showers of light rain or drizzle can be expected across our patch.

As the day passes into the afternoon the cloud will begin to thin or fragment and we could see the odd glimpse of the sun.  This will, however, not be enough to lift our top temperature much above 11c.  This temperature, however, is around what we should be expecting at this time of year.

Overnight the clouds will be thin and we could have some clear spells.  This will allow temperatures to drop to around 4-5c.  Gardeners should, therefore, protect any tender plants.

Any wind we do see today will be from a generally westerly direction (NW-SW).  The wind will remain light.

Summary

Damp and cloudy start clearing by evening to leave a cooler night.
