Forecast for today.
After a cold night when temperatures fell down to 3c we will another misty start and some cloud.
Apart from early morning dampness from the high humidity and mist it will remain a dry day and, from time to time, we will even see some brighter spells from a fragmented cloud base.
Our top temperature today will be around 10c and overnight it will remain warmer than last night with a low of around 6-7c.
The gfs pressure chart shows the isobars tightening as the day passes and this indicates an increase of wind speed for later today and tomorrow. The speed will still only average around 7mph but after a few relatively calm days it is something to note. Also worth noting is the direction of the wind which is bringer warmer air from the SSW-SW.
Summary.
Cloudy but some brightness too. Remaining dry.
