Forecast for today.

Today will be a much more pleasant day than the last couple as we will have a little less of a breeze and some sunshine.  There will be still a bit of cloud around today but the radar images do show some fragmentation that will allow the brighter spells.

There are a few rogue rain clouds coming across our region, however, it should remain dry for the majority of us.  Any rain that does fall will be isolated and short lived.

The wind will blow from the W-WNW and this will bring a little chill to the air at times.  The average wind speed will be around 8mph with gusts of around 15-20mph.

Our top daytime temperature will reach around 7c.  As the evening passes the cloud will break leaving a clear sky between around 21:00 hours.   This will allow the overnight temperature to fall to a low of around around 3c.

After midnight the clouds will begin to thicken and by drive time tomorrow morning we will probably be seeing some rain.

Summary.

Mostly dry with some bright spells.  Less windy than of late.
