Forecast for today.

The dense overnight / early morning rain cloud has now passed our area, however, there are few more smaller bands of rain still to pass our way.  The next most significant one being around 09:00 hours.  We will, therefore, still have more rain to contend as the day passes.

It will also be another breezy day with the average wind speed around 8mph and with gusts of around 20mph.  The wind direction will be from the SW.

As the day passes the cloud cover will thin, particularly after dark, and this will leave us with low overnight temperatures of around 2c.  A ground frost is possible tomorrow morning.  During the day the temperatures will be around average for the time of year at around 6c.

Summary

Wet and breezy at times.  A little cooler than of late.
