Forecast for today.

The high pressure that has been with us since the weekend will start to move away during today and, in the next 48 hours, we be sitting more centrally in the west to east jet stream.  Once this happens we will return to our normal weather pattern of cloud, moderate temperatures and some showers.

Until then today will be very similar to yesterday with some mist in the air to start off.  Cloud cover will remain dominant and this will break to allow the occasional brighter spell.  Our top temperature will be around 11c and overnight, under our cloud duvet, we will have a minimum temperature of around 5c.

The wind will remain light and will blow initially from the ESE moving towards the south as the day passes.  The average wind speed will be around 4mph.

Summary

Generally cloudy but remaining dry.
