Forecast for today.
The overnight temperature fell to 0.2c at 05:10 hours this morning and with a relative humidity near to 100% and the dew point within 0.5c of the actual temperature it is hardly surprising that we wake up to a veil of mist. With this amount of mist / fog the air will feel damp.
The mist will clear as the day begins to warm up, however, it will be with us during the early morning drive time so care should be taken to be seen. There may even be the odd icy patches in isolated areas.
Once the mist burns away we will be left with some cloud and the odd brighter spell. Our top temperature today will be around 10c and the overnight low around 4-5c.
We will only have a light breeze today and this will be blowing from a generally southerly direction (S to SE).
Summary.
Cold and misty start then partly cloudy.
