Forecast for today.

Another dry day ahead as high pressure across the UK continues to dominate.  Looking back at my records for the same day last year our top temperature was only 8c.  Today we will see temperatures greater than twice that figure with our high reaching around 17c.

Throughout the day we will see plenty of bright spells and there will also be very little wind to cool things down.   Any breeze that does blow will be from the E-ENE.

Overnight the sky will again remain cloudless which will give our astronomers plenty of viewing time.  We can, once again, expect temperatures to fall and the minimum overnight will be around 1c.  Once again tender and young plants will need to be protected.

Summary.

Another dry, bright and fine day.
