Forecast for today.
High pressure is moving steadily across our area today and this will bring with it some dry and bright weather.
Our top temperature today will be around 13-14c but overnight, with the clear sky, the overnight low will fall to around 4c. All gardeners need to protect their young and tender plants. Even last night the overnight low fell to 3.2c. Once again, with the clear overnight sky, our astronomers will have good viewing conditions.
The wind, for much of the day, will be blowing from the WNW – NW and this will bring a chill in the breeze. Wind speeds will be around 7-8mph.
This afternoon there will be a few more clouds about but nothing that will bring rain or spoil some time outdoors.
Summary
Dry and generally bright.
