Forecast for today.

Another day for the sun glasses although their may be a twist in the tale.

The day will start off bright and warm with temperatures only falling to 12c at 05:25 hours this morning.  The rest of the morning and for most of the afternoon we will enjoy some long sunny spells.  Our top temperature will rise to around 24-25c today.

Overnight there will be some cloud and this will help maintain the overnight “low” to around 13c.  This is the same as the daytime maximum temperature we enjoyed for the week preceding.

Now to the twist in the tale.  With the increased heat and the ground still relatively wet, from all of the rain we have had recently, there will be some evaporation.  This will cause clouds to form late afternoon and these could even lead to some brief periods of rain.  It is not possible to say whether we will be directly affected by the rain as I do not yet know the extent of the clouds but it is something to be mindful of.

Summary.

A mostly dry, bright and sunny day to enjoy.
