Forecast for today.
The day will continue the bright and warm theme.
Our top temperature will be around 25c and the overnight low will fall to around 11c. Yesterday the warmest place in the UK was Porthmadog at 28c.
There is a low pressure system developing out to the SW and we will need to keep an eye on this system’s development over the next day or so.
With all of the recent heat we, again, have a risk of some showers later this afternoon. So far we have managed to avoid the rain caused by the extreme heat and afternoon cooling but our luck will run out eventually. Today might be that day. Any rain will, however, be localised.
The wind today will be light and from the S-SW.
For those intersted – our problems with BT continue and we now have no telephone line or internet. This is great news when you run a business from home! We are told that an engineer will call tomorrow. This is now day 12.
Summary.
Another warm day.
