WS7 weather report – 29 May 2012

Observations made 06:39 hours Hammerwich, Staffordshire.

Air pressure : 1017.9mb

Temperature : 15c

Wind : 1mph W-WNW

Relative humidity : 85%

Forecast for today.

We will see a little more cloud today but it will not prevent it still being a warm day. Whilst we will not reach the highs of recent days we will still reach around 22c. Overnight the low will fall to around 11c.

The cloud cover will make the day feel a little cooler and we will also continue the risk of a thundery shower during the afternoon. So far we have managed to avoid a thundery shower during this dry spell – will our luck last out?

The wind will remain light all day and will blow from a W to NW direction. The average speed will only be around 4 mph.

As the week passes the temperature will continue to cool as lower pressure moves in and brings more cloud.

I hope that after today’s third visit from BT that I will be able to access more of my charts. I am not, however, holding my breath.

Summary.

More cloud but still warm. Possibility of a thundery shower later.
