Bright start to the day but will it last?

The day will start off bright and we will see some sunshine and patches of blue sky.  The early part of the morning will be a great time for getting out in the garden, taking the dog for a walk or having a ride out.

As the morning passes the cloud cover will increase and eventually we will see some widespread showers.  These showers are likely from anytime around noon to early evening.  It will not rain this entire period, however, this is when the risk of rain will be with us.

Some of the rain could be moderately heavy so, if you are going out for the day, you need to be prepared for some wet weather.

It will still be generally a warm day with our top temperature reaching around 20-21c.  Overnight the low will fall to around 13c.

The wind will be blowing from a the ENE – NE today.  The average wind speed will  only be around 3mph but the direction will bring a fresher ‘feel’ to the air.

If you are at V in Weston Park the local forecast is:

Sunday – Rain showers during the later part of the morning and afternoon.
