After yesterday’s occasional heavy rain storms today will be a much milder day. it is taking the chance to step out and enjoy the last Bank Holiday before Christmas. I would, however, take a hat or brolly with you just in case of the odd rogue shower.
The morning will start off cloudy with the odd fragmentation of cloud allowing some brighter spells. The heavier cloud will pass through our area by around 13:00 hours. Up until then there is a slight chance (around 12-15%) of some rain.
Once this cloud has passed we will see more clear and bright spells and these will help lift our top temperature up to 17-18c. Overnight the minimum temperature will be around 11c.
The wind will remain light all day with an average speed of around 6mph. The wind direction will be predominantly from a W direction.
Overnight heavy cloud will begin to move towards the UK and we there will be some generalised rain across all parts tomorrow. Make the most of today!
Cloudy start but getting brighter. A slight risk of a shower up to lunchtime.
