Today we will see the reverse weather pattern to yesterday when we started off bright and then the cloud cover increased during the afternoon. This morning will see cloud cover that will remain will us until mid afternoon. The cloud cover will, however, fragment from time to time to allow some brighter spells. As the afternoon passes the cloud will break eventually leaving us with a clear overnight sky.
A number of air pressure systems are over the UK at the moment and this means that the further north you go in the UK the breezier it will be. For our area we will see a constant steady breeze of around 10mph but gusts will reach 30-35mph. The wind direction will start off from the WSW but will move slightly towards the WNW as the day passes. The wind speed will reduce late in the day.
Our temperature will change very little during the day. Our top temperature will be around 16c and overnight the minimum will reach around 10c.
There is a slight (around 10%) chance of some localised rain when the cloud is at its most dense, however, the majority of our area will remain dry.
A mostly breezy day with initial cloud and little temperature change. The cloud will clear late in the day.
