As we discussed in yesterday’s report we have a more prominent breeze to greet us as we step out this morning. Currently the breeze is blowing from the SSW at an average speed of around 10mph. Gusts are recording between 19 and 24 mph. The breeze will stay with us for much of the working eventually leaving us as it gets dark. As the day passes we could see gusts reaching 30mph.
This morning the breeze will take a degree or two off the actual air temperature so as you step out this morning on your way to work or school it will feel like 6-7c.
Our actual top air temperature today will be around 10-11c. This will be helped by some clear sky and sunshine. The cloud that dispensed some rain on us last night and earlier this morning will have completely cleared our area by around 10:00 hours. Until then you can expect the odd spell of isolated light rain or drizzle.
Overnight the cloud will eventually gather after a clear start. This cloud will increase in density and we can expect a wet start to tomorrow.
Generally bright and breezy.
