Today will continue the theme of cold winds from the E – NE. It will particularly chilly all day and we will not see any respite for a few days yet.
Our top temperature will be around 1c which we will reach by mid afternoon. Even this “high” will, however, feel a few degrees cooler due to the wind chill. The wind chill “feel” will take a couple of degrees off the thermometer reading. Overnight the temperature will reach a minimum of -2c. Last night our temperature “low” was -0.6c at 02:28 hours.
The wind will continue to arrive from the E – NE and the average wind speed will be around 6mph.
It will be a generally cloudy day although this cloud does not really bring anything greater than a 15% risk of precipitation. The current relative humidity reading of 74% indicates that there is very little moisture in the air.
Summary.
Cloudy but dry. Remaining cold.
