The air pressure has continued to rise over the last 24 hours and this is a sign that we should see some fair weather today. Couple this with the radar images that show plenty of fragmented cloud and I think it is safe to say it is ok to put out the washing!
Whilst we will see some cloud it will fragment from time to time to allow us to see some brighter spells. These brighter spells will help lift our top temperature today to around 19-20c. Overnight the minimum temperature will be similar to last night at around 11c Last night’s minimum was 10.9c at 03:09 hours).
Whilst there is a small risk of an isolated small shower when the clouds are at their most dense (around 15%) we would be very unlucky to see any rain and, even if it did, it would so light and short lived that it is not worth worrying about.
The wind will take a similar pattern to yesterday. Starting off from the SW and, as the day passes, moving towards the WNW. The average wind speed will be around 7mph.
With the dry weather and extra heat today’s pollen forecast is high.
Another dry day with occasional brighter spells
