A low air pressure system continues to build out to the SW of the UK and, as a consequence, the air pressure continues to fall slowly across our area. This morning we can also see from the observations that the relative humidity is high at 89%. Couple these facts together and this means that we can expect to feel some dampness even possible drizzle in the air this morning.
The radar imagery is showing that the day will be generally cloudy with just the occasional brighter spell. This will restrict our top temperature to around 19-20c. Overnight the minimum temperature will be around 11-12c.
The wind will start off from SE but as the day passes we can expect some wind shift towards the E. The breeze will remain light all day with an average speed of only 3-4mph.
