A steady end to November?

We have another mild day in store for us today although we will see a slightly reduced top temperature to that we enjoyed yesterday.  Our top temperature today will be around 7c and overnight the minimum will be around 5c.

Overnight we have had the odd clear spell and at the time of observations the cloud cover is thin but, generally through the day, we will see a fair amount of cloud cover. Despite the cloud cover it will remain a dry day with only a 10% chance of any rain today.  Any rain that does fall would be very localised, short-lived and light.

As the day passes the air pressure system begin to “tighten” from the north.  This means that late tonight and through the night and even tomorrow we will see an increase in the wind speed.  During the day today the WNW winds will be light with an average speed of around 3-4mph.

Mild but generally cloudy.

Observations made 06:40 hours Hammerwich, Staffordshire.
Air pressure : 1035 mb, Temperature : 5.9c, Wind : Calm, Relative humidity : 89%, Rain this month :  42mm, Rain this year : 532mm.

Lichfield weather, Burntwood weather, Hammerwich weather, Bloxwich weather, Brownhills weather and Pelsall weather.
