A walk in the park.

Today and, in particular, this morning will be a good morning to get out and about.  It will be cool, bright and dry.  A great morning for a walk in the park.  This afternoon will still be dry and bright but the wind speed will begin to increase a little as the afternoon passes into the early evening.

Our top temperature during the daylight hours will be around 6-7c but this will feel more like 3-4c in the wind chill.  Overnight the clouds will increase in density eventually bringing rain and this will help maintain the daytime temperature and even slightly increase it to around 8c.

The radar images are showing that a rain band is building out the W of the UK and will reach our area late evening / in the early hours of tomorrow.  We can expect to be still seeing rainfall by 9-10am tomorrow.

The wind will continue to be blowing from the S-SW at an average speed of around 6mph this morning.  This will increase to around 12mph this afternoon / evening with gusts of around 20-25mph.
