Wind and rain moving East

The temperature by mid afternoon will be around 7-8c and at this time we may also see some fragmentation of the cloud and the odd brighter spell.  Up until lunchtime, however, we should expect to see some rain.  The heaviest of the rain will be around 09:00 -10:00 hours.  Overnight the minimum temperature will be around 5c.

The wind will be deriving from the SSW-SW with an average speed this morning of 10mph and gusts of up to 30mph.  During the afternoon the gust speeds will subside to around 10-15mph.
