A mild start to the day.

We wake up to a mild temperature today.  Already at 06:30 hours the thermometer is reading 6.9c and we can expect that the day will peak at a top temperature of around 9c.

The radar images are showing that a few very small rain cloud systems are moving towards our area from the direction of Worcester and the SW.  This brings a low risk of rain to us at around 09:00 hours (25%).  There are further small systems deriving from the SW direction and, therefore, we should assume a 25% risk of rain remains until around 18:00 hours. The chances are, therefore, that we see a generally dry day.

This afternoon the cloud will fragment from time to time to allow for some brighter spells.

Overnight the sky will clear a little and this will allow the temperature to reach a minimum of around 3-4c.

The wind will be generally light and from the SW.  The average wind speed will be around 5mph with gusts of around 10mph.
