Father’s day weather

The day will start off cloudy and but mild.  Already at 08:30 hours the temperature is nearly 15c (14.7c).

The radar images are showing two systems of rain moving from the N towards our area.  The system to the W is most likely to miss our area completely, however, the other system appears to be just catching our area.  (If you are to the eastern side of Tamworth your chances of rain increase today).  The system is relatively small but it does pose around a 40% risk of a rain shower in our area around noon.

The remainder of the day will be generally cloudy with just the occasional brighter spell.  Our top temperature will reach around 19c.  Overnight the low will be around 10c.

The wind will be deriving from the NE-ENE for the majority of the day.  The average wind speed will be around 5-6mph.

Summary. A generally cloudy day but mild.  A risk of localised showers around noon.
