In reverse

Today will see the weather pattern reverse from yesterday.  The day will start off brightly but as the day passes we will see the cloud cover increase and by late evening we may even see the odd drop of rain.

The morning, however, will be very bright and pleasant with some good clear spells.  We can expect to see the thermometer reach a maximum of around 21c.  Overnight the low will be a little milder than of late at around 11c.

As the afternoon passes we will see the cloud cover increase to between 90 and 100%.  It is with this increase of cloud cover that the risk of showers begin to reach our area after travelling from the W. The chance of rain from around 21:00 hours onwards is about 60%.

The wind will be deriving from the SW for the majority of the day and will increase in speed slightly as the day passes.  The average wind speed will be around 4mph this morning and 8mph this afternoon and evening.

Summary.  Bright start but cloud increasing later.
