After yesterday morning’s period of fine drizzle today will start of cloudy but we will see some improvement as the morning passes.
Once again we will find some dew and maybe a little dampness in the air first thing in the morning. As we reach around 10:00 hours we will see some fragmentation in the cloud and the sun will break though. The cloud will continue to reduce in coverage until noon when we will have around 50-60% coverage.
Our to top temperature today will be around 20-21c and overnight the minimum temperature will be around 10=11c. This is mild for the time of year. The chance of any rain today is 15%.
The wind will be deriving from the NE-E arc and the average wind speed will around 5mph.
At the moment it does not look as if our area will be too big a beneficiary of the warm winds from the continent. The warmest areas in the UK over the next week will on the S coast. Our area will, however, remain mild.
Summary. A mild day with some bright spells
