Misty morn

Today starts off with plenty of mist around and a low air temperature.  At 08:14 hours the air temperature was below 3c.

The good news is that the mist will soon burn away as the day warms up and we will be left with a generally dry day.  The chance of any rain today during daylight hours is around 7%.  It will be a good late morning /afternoon for working in the garden or having a stroll in the park.

Our top temperature today will be around 13c and overnight minimum temperature will be around 7-8c.

Overnight rain clouds will begin moving towards our area from the SE and this system means that we will have some rain during the early hours and whilst we are making our way to work, school or college in the morning.

The wind today will be light during the morning at 1-2mph but will pick up a little in the afternoon and overnight as the low pressure system that is bringing the rain moves closer.  The average wind speed this afternoon will be around 5-6mph.

Summary.  Misty and cold to start but remaining generally dry.
