The day certainly starts off a bit murky but and we have received around 1mm of rain during the early hours. Fear not, however, because this is not the picture for the rest of the day.
The pressure charts clearly indicate that over today and, in fact, the next 36 hours, the air pressure will continue to rise. It will reach a peak of around 1016mb before beginning to reduce slightly late Monday / Tuesday. The good news is, however, that we are in for a generally mild and dry weekend.
There is still a slight chance (15%) of a small shower after 10:00 hours but the cloud will fragment a little and we will see a few brighter spells. Our top temperature will be around 10c and the overnight low will be around 7c.
The wind will be light and deriving from the NE-ENE at the stsrt of the day but as the high pressure moves in we will see the wind derivation move clockwise to eventually end the day from the S-SW.
