A change on Tuesday

The air pressure is rising slowly  (as I write this blog at around 07:34 hours) and by tomorrow morning it will have risen to around 1024mb.  High air pressure suggests that today will be generally dry but will remain cool.

The radar images are showing some rain clouds just to the west of us and it is possible that we could catch a rogue shower but it is  only 40% likely.  The majority of the day will be partly cloudy / cloudy and cool.  Our top temperature today will be around 6c and the overnight low will be just below freezing point at about -1c.  This is similar to last night.

The wind will, again, be bringing in cool air from the NW.  The average wind speed today will only be around 4-5mph and this will reduce the feel of the air temperature by 1 to 2c.

From late Monday / Tuesday we will see the wind direction change back towards the SW and this will bring more cloud and, with it, slightly higher air temperatures.

Summary: Less breeze than of late and remaining cool.
