At the time of observation (approximately 06:30 hours) the air pressure was reducing slowly and the radar images were showing that we were on the eastern fringes of some light rain cloud.
For this morning this means that we have a 60% risk of some localised light rain/drizzle this morning. This rain will clear but we will be left with a cloudy day.
The cloud cover will mean that it will be degree or so warmer than of late with our top temperature reaching around 4c (feeling like 2c in the wind chill). Overnight the cloud cover will clear and this will allow the minimum temperature to reduce to around -2c. We can expect to have to clear frost from the car windows tomorrow.
The wind will be deriving from the ESE for the majority of the day (E to SE arc) and the average wind speed will be around 5-6mph.
Summary: A cloudy day but becoming very cool overnight once the cloud cover clears.
