As lucky with the weather as yesterday?

DSCN0900Given the tradition of wet weather over bank Holiday weekends the big question is will be as lucky with the weather as yesterday?

The short answer is yes!

Today sees another very pleasant Bank Holiday weekend’s weather with the air temperature close to 20c (19-20c).  Yesterday’s top temperature was 19.1c at 15:00 hours.

During the day we will see plenty of bright spells along with some light cloud.  The cloud may thicken a little during the afternoon / early evening but the risk of rain will only be around 5%.  It will certainly be another day that will require potted plants, newly planted and raised beds to be watered.

Overnight will also remain mild with a low of around the 9-10c mark.  Last night / this morning’s low was 8.9c at o5:12 hours.

Today’s wind will be light with the NE breeze averaging a speed of around 6mph.

The outlook for tomorrow is for a little more cloud but continuing to remain dry. Next week sees predominantly high air pressure remain which, by inference, also suggests that the week will be generally dry.

Summary:  A mild day with some warm spells.  Remaining dry.
