Sowing the beans (21-10-2016)

Weather report 26 May 2010 at 06:26Calling all gardeners, cyclists, football fans, sailors, walkers and in fact anyone that likes to spend time outdoors because today is going to be another dry day for you to get out and enjoy!

Now I can’t promise wall to wall sunshine as, in fact, it will be partially cloudy but we will see some brighter spells from time to time.  It will still be pleasant enough though to enjoy time outside.

The top temperature today will reach around 12c and overnight the low will be around 6c.  Last night’s low was around 5.1c.

Today’s wind will, once again, a light breeze from the N-NE.  The average wind speed will be around 4-5mph.  Even this low wind speed will reduce the “feel” of the top temperature by 1 to 2c if you are in the shade.

The risk of rain today is extremely low at 12%.  In fact I had to spend some time observing the tracking forecast before I could spot anything that resembled rain cloud on the radar images.

For those of you on half term the rest of the week looks as if it will be a pleasant affair too.

Summary : High pressure and NE breeze continue to bring a partially cloudy sky and dry weather.
