Who put the light out? (WS7weather report 29-10-2016)

Weather report 26 May 2010 at 06:26The surface air pressure will remain high for the remainder of the day (and weekend) although it will reduce from 1032mb to around 1028mb later in the day.

This high surface pressure (and the fact that there are very few rain clouds showing on the radar images) strongly suggests that we are set for another cloudy and dry day.  The cloud cover will start off medium to high but during the afternoon we will see a lower layer of cloud become introduced.  This will make it a poor daylight day indeed.

Our top temperature will be around 14c and overnight we can expect the minimum temperature to reach around 10c.

There is a 20% risk of some drizzle this morning and a 35-40% risk of some light rain overnight but, in general, we are set for a weekend of dry weather.

The wind will be deriving from a SW-SE arc for much of the day.  The wind will be blowing at a gentle average speed of around 4mph.

Summary : A very cloudy day at times but mild.
