A gloves on morning (WS7weather report 12-12-2016)

ws7-weather-reportIt is a chilly start to the day with the air temperature at 06:30 hours only around 1c.  We will also be faced with the risk of  some patches of mist as we travel to work or school.  The good news is though that the wind will be light so there will not be too much wind chill to worry about.

The day will warm up to around 8c and milder air temperatures will stay without throughout the night.  We can expect the overnight minimum temperature to be around 6c.

The wind will be deriving from a warm SSE-SSW arc at an average speed of around 3-5mph.  This warm air will help increase the cloud cover and the radar images are showing that there is a 52% risk of rain (particularly this afternoon and evening) deriving from the W.

Tomorrow sees a further risk of rain but it too will also be a mild day.

Summary : A mild day with the risk of some early mist.  Increasing cloud with a 52% risk of rain.
