As we discussed in yesterday’s blog a complex system of low pressure is now beginning to influence the weather pattern across the UK.
In our area this means, for the first time in a while, we will feel a breeze blowing and there is some drizzle about. The risk of rain/drizzle will remain at around 40% during the daylight hours but, after dark, the clouds will clear and we will be left with a dry and cool night.
Our top temperature today will be around 8c and overnight the minimum temperature will be around 2-3c. With the wind chill reducing the “feel” by around 2c it will be a very cool start to Thursday morning.
Today’s wind will be deriving from a SSW-WSW arc and the average wind speed will be around 8-9mph.
Summary : More of a breeze than of late. Generally cloudy during daylight hours.
