Reducing air pressure (WS7weather report 21-2-2017)

It is another mild start to the day with the air temperature at 06:30 hours already at 10c.  Thursday and Friday this week will see a slight reduction to these high temperatures with the  overnight / early morning commute air temperature around 3-4c.

The radar images also show that there are some light rain clouds around our area today (particularly first thing this morning and during the afternoon) and these clouds bring a 40% risk of some rain  in our area.  In general, however, the day will be cloudy and mild.

The top temperature of the day will only be around 11-12c and the overnight low will be around 9c.

The air pressure will be reducing as the day passes and will end the day around 1005mb.  The steady change in air pressure will bring an increase in the wind speed this afternoon.

The average wind speed this morning will be around 4-5mph but this afternoon will see an increase to the average speed to around 10mph with gusts of around 20-25mph.  The wind will be deriving from the WSW.
