Air pressure on the up (WS7 weather report 23-5-2017)

The air pressure will continue to rise for much of the day from the early morning reading of 1018mb to around 1024mb.  This increase in air pressure strongly suggests we are in for another dry day.

A look at the radar images also show that there are no rain clouds moving towards our area and the risk of any rain for us today is only around 7%.  There will, however, be some general medium and high level clouds around due to the warm air from the WSW-SW condensing.  The clouds will, however, thin a little late afternoon / mid evening when the wind direction moves more towards the WNW /NW.

Our top temperature today will be around 20c and overnight the low will be around 10c.

The wind will be light for most of the day and, as previously stated, deriving from the WSW this morning.  The average wind speed today will be around 5mph.

Summary for today: Another mild and dry day.
