Much more like it (WS7 weather report 15-8-2017)

smalllogoAs we wake this morning some light cloud is allowing bright sunshine to break through.  Today is looking much more like a summer’s day should.

As the day passes the air pressure will rise a little and will end the day at around 1016mb. This steady increase in air pressure helps reduce the risk of any rain today to around 8-10%.

Cloud cover will be at a minimum today and we will see plenty of bright spells.  These bright spells will help lift our top temperature up to around 19-20c. Overnight, with thin cloud cover, the minimum temperature will fall to around 12c.

Today’s wind will be deriving mainly from the WSW- and the average wind speed will be around 5mph.

If you have the opportunity to step or ride out today then I would advise you to do so as it will be a most pleasant day to do so.

Summary for today: An often bright day with only a 10% risk of any rain.
