After yesterday’s glorious day when the top temperature, in our area, was 25.1c at 15:28 hours, today returns to a little more normality.

The air pressure is beginning to reduce slowly and, at the time of my observations, as around the 1012-1013mb mark.

The radar images are showing a few light rain clouds that will move towards our area around 08:30 – 09:00 hours but any rain that they deliver will be extremely light and short-lived.  The risk of any measurable rain today is around 25%.  The remainder of the day will be partly cloudy but mild with the risk of any ain around 10%.

Our top temperature today will be around 18-20c and overnight the minimum will be around 12c.

Today’s breeze will be deriving from the SW first this morning before moving clockwise towards the NW as the day passes. The average wind speed will be around 4-5mph.

Tomorrow will see an increased risk of rain in our area and a return to cooler (top around 15c) air temperatures.

Summary for today: A mild but generally cloudy day.
