After yesterday’s chilly start today is a much milder affair due to the warm air deriving into our region from the SW-WSW.
This mild air does, however, mean that we will see plenty of medium to high cloud cover. The rain radar images are showing that there are some “smatterings” of rain to the east of us and we have 25% risk of seeing some rainfall mid morning.
Overall, however, it will be a dry day with a top temperature of around 13-14c and the overnight minimum will be around 8-9c.
Todays’s wind will be light and deriving from the SW-WSW. The average wind speed will be around 4mph.
Summary: A cloudy day. A small risk of some rain this morning but generally a dry day.
