At the time of my morning observations (approximately 08:15 hours) the surface air pressure was rising slowly and some bright spells were breaking through a partly fragmented cloud bed. The risk of any rain today is only around 8%.
Parlty cloudy but mild will be the theme for the daylight hours. Our top temperature today will be around 14c and overnight the minimum temperature will be around 8c. During tomorrow the radar forecast models are suggesting that some precipitation will reach our area, therefore, if you want to get outside then today is the best day of the weekend to do so.
Today’s breeze will be predominantly from a SW-SE arc and will be generally light. The average wind speed will be around 3-5mph.
Looking ahead we see an Omega block bringing us some fine weather from mid-week next week. This condition should bring dry weather and air temperatures up to around the 20c mark.
